New Blog Format and A few B-roll photos I found

So, could you tell I changed the blog appearance a little? 🙂  I’d love to know what you think of the change.  I wanted to make it a little more bandwidth-friendly by not having back-to-back posts as the first page.  I also remade my header to something a little more modern looking.  The square thing in the header is what it looks like in a camera’s viewfinder.  Just throwin that out there for those who don’t shoot.  If it looks weird to you, please let me know.  I don’t mind starting over from scratch to get something to look just right.

I was scouring my hard drive looking for anymore decent images I shot with my Nikon before sending it home. I don’t think these are super interesting but worth at least sharing.

This one here I liked because of the stark contrast of the wild landscape to the building with the graffiti all over it.

This shot here was another one of the speeding bus shots.  I love the softness of the grass in the foreground.  It feels warm and inviting; like someplace you’d like to walk around for hours to relax.

That’s all I have for today.  Again, I’m very interested to see what you all think of the new layout.  Be brutally honest with me.  I can take it.

  1. I love the layout. I knew what the header was right away, but then, I’m married to a photographer, sooooo. 🙂 I think it looks great, babe. The first picture is so incredibly interesting! I’m definitely drawn to graffiti pictures. And again- I can’t believe you got such great pictures from a moving bus, with filthy windows! Wow!

Missing the Nikon by now??? Hope all is well with you…
Just had to go back up and look at the header again, yep- cool with it! What’s the item on the left? Doesn’t look like an admission ticket- something in the oil drilling world??
