Yesterday, I was browsing my Master Photo Collection and came across this shot from 2010 that I never got around to editing. The image was the result of an unexpected detour while driving from Florida to North Carolina on I-95. A major traffic jam turned the north-bound lane into a 10 mile parking lot. We jumped off the highway to work our way around the mess using a bunch of two-lane roads. It was along one of those roads in Georgia that we came across this old plantation with the tree-lined dirt road. I remember getting home from that trip and thinking I had some decent shots but somehow I never got around to editing a single photo in that folder. Oh well. It gave me something to do while sitting in the hotel here in Norway, waiting to go back offshore.
Hope you enjoy the photo!
